The Creative Industries
The National College Creative Industries has been founded by a wide range of the UK's leading creative businesses.
They include Live Nation, the Royal Opera House, the BBC, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Manchester Royal Exchange, the National Theatre, Ambassadors Theatre Group and White Light, as well as the industry's two trade unions BECTU and the Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT).
Our curriculum has been designed in collaboration with them, to provide the specialist hands-on training in the technical skills they need. On successful completion of your course, you'll be ready to work with leading industry employers.
Before that, during your training, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects.
Since September 2016, our students have worked with Matthew Bourne’s team on their production of The Red Shoes. They have also worked on the Jo Cox charity foundation single ‘You Can’t Always Get What You Want’ featuring KT Tunstall, Ricky Wilson, Steve Harley and the Parliamentary choir.
