This apprenticeship will develop business skills usually in roles such as Administrators, office juniors and receptionists. As a Business Administrator you could be making and receiving telephone calls, helping with the organisation of meetings and events, dealing with travel requests, handling mail, record keeping and using electronic message systems and office equipment. 

Route Detail

The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.

Entry Requirements

While there are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, you should have a keen interest in working in Business Admin. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a team and be prepared for both shift work and travel. Prior experience is not necessary, but it is useful and should be supported by a portfolio of evidence.
