You will learn how to provide a high quality service to customers within the ticketing industry. This will include skills and knowledge in customer service and working within appropriate regulatory requirements.

You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to your customers.  You provide service in line with the organisation’s customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements.

Entry Requirements

While there are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, you should have a keen interest in working in Customer Service. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a team and be prepared for both shift work and travel. Prior experience is not necessary, but it is useful and should be supported by a portfolio of evidence.
